GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR STAYS IN BED AND BREAKFAST AND FURNISHED ACCOMMODATION
Article 1 / Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The client fully accepts the present contract and the general terms and conditions of sale as soon as the 40% deposit is paid, which constitutes a firm and effective reservation.
Article 2 / Length of stay
The client who signs this contract for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.
The minimum duration of stay is two nights in bed and breakfast and one week in furnished accommodation unless otherwise agreed.
Article 3 / Booking formalities
Once we have received your booking, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and invite you to pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount.
Once this deposit is received, the reservation becomes firm and effective.
By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general terms and conditions of La Colombiere.
Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the client
Any change is only possible after agreement with "La Colombiere" and may result in additional costs.
In case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay, a compensation will be charged as follows
- If the cancellation is made more than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the payment will be retained by "La Colombiere", except if we manage to re-let the room(s) or the furnished accommodation.
In case of early departure during the stay, full payment of the booked service.
Article 5 / Cancellation insurance
Please note that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. It is therefore strongly recommended that you take out such insurance.
Article 6 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If the owner has to cancel the reservation before the start of the stay, he must immediately inform the client by e-mail.
The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the amounts already paid.
In addition, he will receive compensation equal to the penalty he would have incurred if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.
Article 7 / Arrival time
The client must arrive on the day specified at the time of booking, at the earliest at 5 pm and at the latest at 7.30 pm. The client must give advance notice by telephone if he/she is obliged to arrive after this time slot (on 07 60 09 49 50).
As far as possible, please do not arrive after 21:30.
For furnished accommodation, arrivals and departures take place on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 8 / Departure time
The departure time is 10:00 am at the latest.
Article 9 / Payment of the balance of the accommodation
For guest rooms, the balance of the stay must be paid the day before departure.
For furnished accommodation, the balance must be paid on the day of arrival.
Article 10 / Special conditions for furnished tourist accommodation
A deposit of 400 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure after checking the premises.
An inventory must be signed on arrival after verification by the client.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is compulsory for an amount of 40 euros, the customer will return the furnished accommodation in a suitable state of cleanliness concerning the bathroom, the toilet and the kitchen.
Household linen (bathroom, beds, kitchen) is optional.
The option is 15Euros per person for the complete kit.
Article 11 / Pets
Pets are not allowed at La Colombiere.
Article 12 / Art of living and use of the premises
In order to guarantee the tranquillity of the premises and the comfort of the guests and residents of La Colombiere, respect for a certain "art de vivre" is required of all.
In particular, smoking is not allowed in rooms, furnished rooms or common areas.
More generally, the client undertakes to respect the rules of good manners which will be indicated to him, those which are imposed on everyone when living in a community, as well as the present general conditions of sale.
The client undertakes to return the rooms and furnishings in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and to assume financially - any damage for which he/she is responsible.
The attention of the guests is drawn to the fact that the minors evolving on the property (ground of game of bowls, table tennis, swimming pool, garden, room of sport,...) are placed under the single and whole responsibility of their parents or the persons having authority on them.
La Colombiere will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft and/or damage or injury to property and/or persons on the property from any cause whatsoever.
Article 13 / pool rules
The saltwater pool is 5 metres wide and 11 metres long, with a 10 metre square underwater deck and bubble bath.
The pool is open from April to October from 8am to 10pm
The owner reminds their guests of the lack of supervision of the pool.
Its use is reserved only for people staying in bed and breakfast and/or furnished tourist accommodation and owners.
The swimming pool is equipped with a safety alarm in accordance with standard NF P 90-307, law 2003-9 (Official Journal of 4 January 2003).
It works with a four-digit code that the owner will only give to adults.
Customers will be responsible for setting the alarm to standby when swimming.
The use of the swimming pool by children is under the active, full and complete supervision and responsibility of their parents.
The users of the swimming pool undertake to respect the rules of use:
Do not swim after using and applying a sun cream or oil and do your best to respect the quality of the water.
To use a swimming costume for swimming purposes only.
To use their own pool towels, those in your room are not allowed, and to use them only when swimming in the pool.
To respect the peace and quiet of each user, avoiding noisy games and shouting.
To respect the cleanliness of the terraces and the pool area to avoid any risk of injury (cuts, abrasions).
All users of the pool must be covered by civil liability insurance.
The owner declines all responsibility in case of accident.
The owner, upon repeated failure to comply, may withdraw the authorisation he has previously granted without compensation of any kind.
Article 14 / Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the guest must pay to the owner, who then pays it to the Treasury.
Article 15 / Data processing and freedom
In accordance with the law of January 1978, law n°78-17, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. La Colombiere undertakes not to transmit the information communicated to other companies or organizations, except competent authorities.
Article 16 / Dispute
This contract is governed by French law.
All disputes to which this contract may give rise, concerning its validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and consequences shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law. The present contract and its consequences are subject to French law.
Article 17 / Modification of the conditions of sale
The present terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time and without prior notice. Acceptance of and compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale are deemed to have been acquired as soon as the deposit has been paid.
